Below are the conditions that govern the contracting of childcare services offered by Nanny & CO. Menorca, owned by María del Mar Vidal Gomila, with registered address at Avinguda de Sa Pau 120, 1º H, 07710 Sant Lluís (Menorca), and customer service phone number +34 636 51 77 16. Hereinafter, the service provider will be referred to as "Nanny & CO. Menorca" or "the Provider".
The User/Client is responsible for the accuracy of the personal information provided during the booking process.
1. BOOKING PROCEDURE
To request a service, the Client must contact us by email (info@nannyenmenorca.es) or via WhatsApp at +34 636 51 77 16, providing the following:

Desired dates and times

Number and age of the children
-
Service address
-
Desired nanny profile
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the current Privacy Policy.
The service will only be considered confirmed when the Client:

Has paid 100% of the total amount in advance

Has received confirmation of the service from the Provider
-
Has expressly accepted these Terms and Conditions
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The nannies ("Nannies") provided by Nanny & CO. Menorca are legally hired in accordance with Spanish labor legislation. The service includes the care of a specified number of children depending on their age, at the Client's accommodation, and on the agreed dates and times.
Any changes must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, availability is not guaranteed.
If the duration of the service changes during its provision, the final amount will be adjusted according to the actual hours worked (see section 5).
The company guarantees that the staff has been selected, trained, and is familiar with operating protocols and best practices. However, it is not responsible if the nanny performs tasks unrelated to childcare (e.g., house cleaning).
If it becomes necessary to change the nanny for personal, health, or Client-requested reasons, another nanny with the same profile will be offered at no additional cost (see section 8).
2B. CHILDCARE RATIOS BY AGE GROUP
To ensure quality care, we follow a ratio based on age and service type:
Children over 3 years old →
• 1 nanny per 3 children (private families)
• 1 nanny per 4 children (events or weddings)
Children from 2 to 3 years old →
• 1 nanny per 2 children (both private and event services)
Children under 2 years old →
• 1 nanny per child, without exceptions
3. SUPPORT DURING THE SERVICE

4. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
The User/Client may cancel the service up to 48 (forty-eight) hours before the start of the first service. In this case, the Provider will refund the full amount paid as an "advance payment."
If cancellation is made less than 48 (forty-eight) hours before the first service, the Provider will not be required to refund the amount paid in advance.
5. CHANGES TO SERVICE DURATION
The minimum duration per service is 3 hours.
If the actual time of service differs from what was originally agreed, the total amount will be adjusted according to the applicable Pricing Scale.
Services lasting less than 3 hours are non-refundable.
6. PRICING SCALE
Discounts will be applied based on the total number of contracted hours, as outlined in the quote provided upon request.
6B. TRAVEL COSTS
Travel costs are separate from the service fee.
A €19 supplement per nanny, per day or shift will be charged.
7. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
Nanny & CO. Menorca may cancel a service if it detects inappropriate behavior by the Client. The following are considered bad practices:

Disrespectful behavior toward the nanny

Requests unrelated to childcare

Exceeding the agreed number of children
In such cases, the proportional amount for the unused hours will be refunded.
8. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
8.1 The Client may request a change of nanny after a minimum of 8 trial hours (which may be spread over multiple services). This allows for a genuine evaluation of the child-nanny match, especially in new or out-of-routine environments.
The replacement will be free of charge and will match the requested professional profile.
8.2 If the nanny is unable to continue for any reason, the company will send another nanny of the same profile at no additional cost.
9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of dispute, both parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the Provider's address in Sant Lluís (Menorca).
10. PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
Payments may be made by:

All payment methods are protected with secure encryption systems, ensuring the confidentiality of the data provided.
